Privacy policy

aiserver.ee is a static information page. There are no accounts, no forms and no shopping cart here — the transaction itself happens on virtuaalserver.com. That is why this policy is short: it describes exactly what actually happens.
Who is responsible
This site is operated by Virtuaal.com (AS205930), Tallinn, Estonia (EU). For data protection questions write to support@virtuaal.com.
What we do not collect
There is no contact form, no comments, no user accounts and no server-side code — the site is pre-rendered HTML. We never ask for or store your name, email address or payment details.
The site sets no cookies. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this same domain, so simply opening the page does not leak your IP address to third parties.
Visitor analytics
We use Rybbit (rybbit.io), a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and builds no advertising profiles. It is the only third party this page contacts.
Rybbit stores one entry in your browser’s localStorage: `rybbit-visitor-id`, a random identifier used to tell a returning visitor from a new one. It contains nothing personal about you.
We also record the page view, the referrer, an approximate location at the country level, your device type and browser. Your IP address is used only to derive that identifier — it is salted and is not retained in a form that could identify you later.
The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): we want to know which pages are useful, without tracking you as an individual.
How to opt out
Three options: clear this site’s localStorage in your browser settings; use a content blocker (such as uBlock Origin) that blocks app.rybbit.io; or open the page in a private window, where the entry disappears when you close it.
Outbound links
The “Order a server” and “Choose your AI server” buttons lead to virtuaalserver.com. We append UTM parameters so that virtuaalserver.com knows you arrived from here — these are ordinary parts of the URL, not tracking cookies. From that point on, virtuaalserver.com’s own privacy policy applies.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on a Virtuaal.com server in Estonia (EU). Like any web server, it keeps technical logs (request time, IP address, file requested) for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. These are never used for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data about you is processed, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing (GDPR Art. 15–21). Write to support@virtuaal.com. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above. For any substantive change we describe what was changed.
